Job Title: Rehabilitation Support Worker - Liverpool

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team at Redford Court/Lodge in Liverpool. As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries to regain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personalized support to service users, following individual support plans to meet their needs and aspirations
* Develop independent living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, and socializing
* Participate in a range of activities, including art, crafts, music, sports, gardening, shopping, and swimming
* Work collaboratively with occupational therapists and physiotherapists to provide hands-on personal care, as needed
