About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rehabilitation Support Worker in our Redford Court/Lodge service in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to regain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing high-quality care and support. You will be trained on how to provide personalized support to our service users, following individual support plans to meet their needs and aspirations.

The focus of this role is on developing independent living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, socializing, and daily routine tasks. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and physiotherapists, to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive support.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities, both within our service and in the local community, such as art, crafts, music, sports, gardening, shopping, and swimming. Our service is located just a 20-minute bus drive from Liverpool city centre and the Albert dock.
