Paediatric Education and Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Children's Nurse to join our team as a Paediatric Education and Training Manager.

As a key member of our clinical directorate, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the clinical skills of healthcare teams & professionals working in paediatric care.

  • Develop and Deliver Training: Design and deliver educational sessions on paediatric care for non-clinical staff (carers, support workers, family members) to ensure safety and competency in delegated tasks.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest paediatric healthcare practices and integrate new research and evidence-based guidelines into training programs.

Essential Qualifications: A recognised NMC qualification that allows you to work with children and young people, a full UK driving licence, 5-year experience of working in a clinical setting, excellent communication skills, and experience of delivering training.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patient care through education and collaboration with our clinical director to ensure high standards of paediatric practice. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum plus expenses and bonus.
