Job Summary

About the Job

This role involves providing administrative support to the facilities team, including managing post, setting up meeting rooms, and assisting staff and partners. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and maintain accurate records.

Main Duties
  1. Manage and distribute post efficiently.
  2. Coordinate meeting rooms and equipment for events.
  3. Provide professional assistance to staff and partners.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports.
  5. Represent the firm in a positive and professional manner.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in a facilities role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
