As a Customer Success Executive at Contentful, you will be the trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, helping them maximize value from our platform and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our sales, partner organization, and professional services teams to drive retention and growth for Contentful.

  • Build and Own Relationships: Develop and manage a book of business of around 25-30 enterprise accounts, embodying the trusted advisor role and fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Risk Mitigation and Proactive Flagging: Identify and proactively mitigate risks within your book of business, ensuring the long-term success of our clients.
  • Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Confidently negotiate pricing and contract terms with procurement teams in the Fortune top 20, driving mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Travel and Collaboration: Prepare to travel ~25% annually for customer onsite meetings, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business momentum.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French or Italian is required, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients and drive business growth.
  • Results-Driven Performance: Demonstrate success in meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals, driving business results and growth for Contentful.
  • Contentful Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Contentful APIs, the modern content management and digital experience stack, and our data tools, enabling you to engage in meaningful customer discussions and drive business outcomes.
