The role of a Strategic Regulatory Partnership Lead at Smart DCC involves effectively managing engagements with Government and Regulators, as well as influencing regulatory issues across internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include establishing close working relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and implementing methods for information sharing to foster collaboration and pooling of stakeholder intelligence within the organization.

Other key duties include horizon scanning, working closely with Government, Regulators, and customers to understand priorities for systems enhancements and delivery of new policy interventions, as well as identifying and reporting on material issues arising in the company's work with Regulators.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience, a proven track record of building strong relationships and collaborating across organizations, and excellent facilitation and organizational skills. They should also have high-quality written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks across conflicting demands, and a proven record in supporting subject matter experts with communications to explain complex issues concisely and clearly.

Around £60,000-£80,000 per annum salary is available for this position, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required.
