About the Position:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support, tailored to their individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues and community health and social care professionals to deliver seamless care services
- Oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure that care standards are consistently met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in care leadership, including managing teams and providing high-quality care
- Ability to lead and motivate others, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel across West Norfolk
