Strategic Sourcing Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with suppliers to ensure objectives are achieved.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships
* Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and contract renewals to ensure seamless operations
* Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues
* Collaborate with the commercial team to identify business improvement opportunities and implement asset management strategies
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of experience in a category or procurement role, with a proven track record of effective supplier partnership development
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate long-term supplier compatibility and intangible value added
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
