About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Centre Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency and take on a challenging role that requires strong commercial and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business centre, ensuring that all aspects of the centre are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the customer journey from initial contact to onboarding and beyond, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and high-quality experience.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure that site standards are maintained and maintenance and refurbishments are completed on time.
  • Take responsibility for the prompt resolution of all customer queries and enquiries, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service at all times.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring that customers are retained and that revenue is maximized.
  • Process supplier invoices and manage the centre's finances, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and manage site P&L against budget, ensuring that the centre is achieving its financial targets.
  • Ensure that the centre's debt is regularly reviewed, all overdue invoices are resolved in line with budget, and that regular liaison is maintained with the Credit Control team.
  • Engage in regular networking events and build relationships with local commercial real estate agents to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Line management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Full clean driving license and ability to travel to other sites across the North West.
