Outbound Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Complete Roofing Systems Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to work with a fast-paced company in a dynamic industry, focusing on generating new business opportunities through outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve high levels of outbound calls and relevant email activity to potential new customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential sales leads via online research, social media, and other methods.
- Make initial contact to secure meetings for our Business Development Manager, liaising with suitable targets.
- Follow up outgoing tenders with clients and update the sales team as necessary.
- Liaise internally with various teams, including estimating, business development, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Manage and maintain our internal CRM system, staying up-to-date with product and service information.
- Provide support to the sales team and assist with various tasks, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Generate sales reports and present to the team during sales meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- No construction experience necessary, but it would be advantageous.
- Previous B2B outbound sales experience is essential, with a proven track record of success.
- Proven ability to work to KPIs and report to management, demonstrating strong lead qualification skills.
- Rigorous and tenacious approach to sales, with the ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, driven, and confident individual with excellent multitasking skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, along with a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Proficient in using a range of programmes, including Microsoft office products - Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (4pm finish on the last Friday of every month).
- £24,000 - £27,000 basic salary, plus benefits.
- 25 days annual leave, allowing for relaxation and rejuvenation.
