Role Overview: Step Teachers is seeking a passionate and engaging Year 3/4 Teacher to support a class of enthusiastic Primary level pupils in a well-established primary school in St Neots and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons to students.
  • Maintain a well-organised classroom environment and ensure safe equipment use and storage.
  • Collaborate effectively with other staff members.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and monitor student development.
  • Implement school policies and procedures reliably.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Recent experience as a Year 3/4 Teacher – Key Stage 2.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
