Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team at Moonfire Ventures LLP. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for proactively managing relationships with a portfolio of customers, defining and setting up processes to provide a delightful experience, and driving renewal and retention.
You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to build relationships and celebrate customers, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the product and launch new features.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers and colleagues succeed, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage relationships with a portfolio of customers
