About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for owning and scaling our paid digital marketing channels, optimizing existing campaigns, and identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize performance channels to align with brand activity and maximize campaign spend, working closely with the brand team and media buying agency.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital marketing channels (PPC, Social, Display, Affiliates) to drive improvements in return on investment.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver engaging content and creative for use across all channels.
  • Create and own end-to-end reporting on all performance channels, representing marketing in relevant forums.
  • Be comfortable with Google Analytics and use it to find opportunities for improvement across all digital channels.
  • Manage and collaborate with agencies, briefing them on esure strategy and working to deliver media plans.
  • Champion change to improve processes and accelerate our digital maturity.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, particularly in Financial Services/Insurance, with a multi-stage approval process.
  • Experience with cookie management and working knowledge of tools like Segment and Onetrust to track customer events.
  • Experience managing PPC and Social channels for brand building and sales driving initiatives.
  • Ability to manage and pull analysis across multiple digital platforms, interpreting data to continuously improve performance.
  • Previous experience optimizing multiple channels and delivering significant improvements.
  • Commercially capable with a strong focus on data and results, with a test & learn mentality.
  • Previous experience using Google Analytics preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to define new projects and playback results to internal teams.
  • Able to work with legal and compliance teams to ensure marketing materials are compliant while remaining creative.
