Office Management Assistant

Connex Education is recruiting a seasoned Office Management Assistant to work in our Birmingham office.
Job Title: School Administration AssistantWe are offering a competitive salary range of £90-£100 per annum for this key position.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day office operations.
- Providing administrative support for school events and activities.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office software to streamline tasks.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in education.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education.
Prior experience with School Information Management Systems (SIMS) is highly valued.
NVQ 2 or equivalent qualifications in Business and Administration are also beneficial.
