Job Summary: Office Coordinator
Estimated Salary: £32,500 per annum
Work Location: Solihull, Birmingham
Working Hours: Full-time permanent, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Main Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate travel arrangements and manage the office schedule
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other documentation
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
- Assist with events and projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers
- Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
- Have the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Show flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Hold a valid driving license
- Be able to work effectively in a team
- Free parking on site
- Access to free electric vehicle charge points
- Company-funded gym membership available
- 21 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays (increasing by one day per year up to a maximum of 25 days)
