Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration and Support Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various events and cultural activities in a busy theatre and events environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties including event planning, ticketing, and data entry.
  • Support the Box Office, setting up and monitoring ticketed events on a specialist ticketing system and venue diary software.
  • Post-show settlement administration including hire contracts, deposits, and data input.
  • Basic financial duties such as banking, cash/credit handling, and ticket income reconciliation.
  • Train and support new counter staff.

Requirements:

  • Relevant knowledge and experience of using specialized systems/software in a customer-facing environment.
  • Literacy and numeracy skills.

Salary: Approximately £28,000 per annum.
