Compliance Project Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Project Support to join our team in EMEA, specializing in environmental compliance for our corporate business. As a key member of our team, you will gain valuable experience and skills in compliance project management, working closely with our Compliance Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Compliance Team in day-to-day activities, including identifying vehicles and machines, maintaining databases, and collaborating with Sales Account Teams, Customer Support teams, and Customer Engineering.
  • Assist in arranging and tracking deliveries, including vehicles and parts, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support the ordering of components for compliance emissions programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, from concept to completion, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in Compliance Investigation projects, utilizing tools such as the 7-Step Process, to identify and resolve compliance issues.
  • Support activities related to Compliance and Conformity of products for the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • Studying towards a degree in STEM.
  • Effective communication and customer-facing experience, with project management skills a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to write reports on project findings, with a basic level of technical understanding desired but training provided.
