Compliance Project Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Project Support to join our EMEA team, specializing in environmental compliance for our corporate business. As a Compliance Project Support, you will play a key role in supporting the Compliance Specialists in the day-to-day activities of emissions compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying vehicles and machines, maintaining databases, and collaborating with Sales Account Teams, Customer Support teams, and Customer Engineering to locate and agree vehicle use with end users.
  • Support the Compliance Team with arranging and tracking deliveries in and out of Cummins, including vehicles and parts.
  • Support the Compliance Team with ordering components for compliance emissions programs.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives identified by the Compliance Team from concept to completion.
  • Participate in Compliance Investigation projects, using tools such as the 7-Step Process.
  • Support activities related to Compliance and Conformity of products for the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • Studying towards a degree in STEM.
  • Effective communicator with experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably with Project Management experience or skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to write reports on project findings, with a basic level of technical understanding desired but training provided.
