Compliance Project Support Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Project Support to join our team at Cummins Inc. in Darlington, UK. As a Compliance Project Support, you will play a key role in supporting the Compliance Specialists in the day-to-day activities of emissions compliance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying vehicles and machines, maintaining databases, and working with Sales Account Teams, Customer Support teams, and Customer Engineering to locate and agree vehicle use with end users.
- Support the Compliance Team with arranging and tracking deliveries in and out of Cummins, including vehicles and parts.
- Support the Compliance Team with ordering components for compliance emissions programs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives identified by the Compliance Team from initial concept to completion.
- Participate in Compliance Investigation projects, using tools such as the 7-Step Process.
- Support activities related to Compliance and Conformity of products for the EMEA region.
Requirements:
- Studying towards a degree in STEM.
- Effective communicator with experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably with Project Management experience or skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to write reports on project findings, with a basic level of technical understanding desired but training provided.
