Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and lead production for two events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality content.
  • Develop and maintain a database of market-leading institutions, providing valuable insights for our events.
  • Produce and maintain a database of industry research, informing our event programs and content.
  • Design, produce, and update brochures and websites, showcasing our events and services.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with speakers, ensuring high-quality delivery and maximizing business development opportunities.
  • Collect and manage content for post-event reports, providing valuable insights for our clients.
  • Assess event programs, content, and delivery to meet client demands and ensure ROI.
Inter-departmental Communication and Project Management:
  • Align departmental objectives and strategies, ensuring a cohesive event experience.
  • Feed market intelligence to project teams, driving messaging momentum and revenue.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Hybrid Role: 2 Days in the office in Guildford town centre
