Senior Event Operations Coordinator

**Event Excellence Opportunity at Profiles Personnel**
We are currently seeking an experienced Events Venue Manager to lead the operations and event teams for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will involve managing events such as meetings, parties, dinners, private weddings, barbecues, concerts, sports, and community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Planning: Create a schedule for all events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Rota Creation: Develop staffing plans for permanent and casual staff members.
- Task Management: Oversee the completion of tasks and details for all enquiries.
- Financial Reporting: Provide weekly financial reports to the Chair and Finance Manager, maintaining accurate budgets.
- Marketing Liaison: Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant for social media content creation.
- Showrounds and Follow-ups: Conduct site tours for clients and ensure follow-up communication with event executives.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external departments for efficient venue operation.
- Health and Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements, including personal license holder duties if applicable.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Immediate availability and commitment to a 6-month fixed-term contract.
- A minimum five years of experience in events and venue management.
- Proficiency in IT, with experience using POS systems (Sumup preferred).
- Strong financial reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivation and self-sufficiency.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Attention to operational detail.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
