About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and caring Support Worker to join our team in Colwyn Bay, Conwy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
- Ensure the safety of service users.
- Follow care plans for each individual.
- Take service users out into the community.
- Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
- Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements:
- No experience is required.
- Must be resilient.
- Drivers ESSENTIAL due to location.
- Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
