About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Care Professional to join our team due to a promotion. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth and development of our care service, focusing on delivering outstanding quality care to our clients.
Job Description
This is a varied and challenging role that involves:
- Converting new client enquiries into successful placements
- Care planning and conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Managing a team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and manage workloads effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive care experience with excellent customer service and man management skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets
- Strong influencing skills to build good working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Organisation and planning skills to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel throughout the community to conduct new client assessments
Qualifications and Training
Ideally, you will hold NVQ L5 Health & Social Care or similar qualifications, or be willing to work towards these. We also offer opportunities for professional development and training to support your career progression.

- A competitive salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
