This is a varied and challenging role that involves:



  • Converting new client enquiries into successful placements

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Extensive care experience with excellent customer service and man management skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets
  • Strong influencing skills to build good working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Organisation and planning skills to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel throughout the community to conduct new client assessments


Qualifications and Training


Ideally, you will hold NVQ L5 Health & Social Care or similar qualifications, or be willing to work towards these. We also offer opportunities for professional development and training to support your career progression.
