Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent care to older adults and will be able to work variable shifts, including nights.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents in line with their individual needs and preferences.
- Contribute to a person-centred approach, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience and qualifications in adult care or a related field.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including nights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
