Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Youth Support Professional to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care - Liverpool. This rewarding role will involve working with children and young people in a dynamic setting, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months of experience working in children's settings within the UK, hold a DBS on update service for adults and children, and possess a valid UK driving license.

The successful applicant will have experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour, autism, non-verbal autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. They will also be able to provide long day sleep/long day/waking night care.

We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour, paid weekly, and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role:
As a Youth Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to children and young people. This will include:
• Providing emotional and practical support to individuals
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

What You'll Need
