Job Title: Youth and Family Support Professional

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Youth and Family Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families, including assessing risks, developing protection plans, and collaborating with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing support and guidance to families and young people
  • Assessing risks and developing individualized plans
  • Collaborating with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications: A Social Work qualification and full registration to Social Care Wales are essential for this role. Experience working with vulnerable children and families is highly desirable.
