Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented High Secure Workforce Administrator to join our HR Workforce Team at West London NHS Trust.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a culturally diverse organization, providing administrative and HR Systems support to ensure data quality at high levels.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with staffing issues in a similar setting, as well as relevant knowledge of professional registration and minimum employment checks.
Prioritizing workload and working to deadlines is essential for this role, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This part-time position (hours/week) allows flexible working, including agile working on completion of probation.

About Our OrganizationWest London NHS Trust is one of the most diverse healthcare providers in the UK, delivering a range of mental health and physical healthcare services. Key Responsibilities- Monitoring and producing regular reports to HR colleagues regarding ESR professional registrations for mandatory staff groups.
- Providing data to Managers and HR colleagues as required, assisting with resource management, fixed-term contracts, and sickness absence.
- Administering starters and leavers processes on the Exchange and ensuring accuracy.
- Offering first-line support to users and problem diagnosis for all self-service issues.
- Previous experience in HR generalist roles, particularly in culturally diverse settings.
- Relevant expertise in working with databases, especially ESR.
