Job Title: Deputy Head of Payroll and Pensions Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Payroll and Pensions Management to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our payroll and pensions team, you will be responsible for overseeing the complex function of payroll and pensions management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to the payroll department, ensuring effective procedures and policies are in place.
- Grow commercial payroll activity and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Provide specialist advice on payroll systems, procedures, and pensions to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the finance team and other client management teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage and develop a team of payroll and pensions professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement complex payroll knowledge and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Lead and guide a large payroll, pensions, and benefits function, ensuring effective management and performance.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in NHS payroll and pensions management.
- Proven track record of team management and shared service management.
- Complex payroll knowledge and experience in developing and implementing procedures.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and guide a large payroll, pensions, and benefits function.
