About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Fulfilment Specialist to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our E-retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter daily orders onto SAP, verifying order accuracy and validity by checking delivery addresses, products, prices, and stock levels.
  • Obtain Automatic Shipping notes on behalf of third-party distributors, ensuring timely and efficient order processing.
  • Control the release of orders to third-party Distribution Companies, guaranteeing customer delivery dates are met.
  • Communicate effectively with third-party distribution partners to resolve short lead-time orders and stock issues.
  • Manage customer invoice queries, investigate discrepancies, and challenge non-compliance issues through the customer portal.
  • Liaise with third-party distributors to obtain evidence supporting investigations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Collate, check, and file orders once dispatch is confirmed.
  • Maintain effective communication with Account Managers regarding stock levels.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the E-retail team.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of data entry into mainframe computerized business systems, with SAP experience in Sales and Materials Management modules an advantage.
  • Digital competence and confidence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Numerate, confident, and accurate with figures, with a strong attention to detail and self-checking ability.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and effective workload management.
  • Strong team work ethic.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
