About the Role:

The Customer Fulfillment Co-ordinator will serve as the key liaison point between the company's clients, logistics providers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with great administrative capabilities who wants to learn, progress, and grow into this interesting role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent levels of customer service via email and manage orders, including order entry onto the company's system.
  • Check the validity of orders by thoroughly checking delivery addresses, products, prices, and stocks, and confirm back on the customer portal.
  • Control customer invoice queries, investigate queries, and challenge any non-compliance issues managed on the customer portal.
  • Liaise with third-party distributors to obtain evidence to support investigations.
  • Collate, check, and file orders once dispatch is confirmed.
  • Communicate with internal colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and Excel, with the aptitude to work on the company's in-house system.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to deliver customer service mainly via email queries.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm towards problem-solving.
  • The capability to relay information effectively internally to colleagues and externally to customers.
  • A strong team work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-check work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.

Package Details:

  • An attractive salary, depending on experience.
  • 37 hours per week, with a 45-minute lunch break.
  • 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy/sell up to 3 days per year.
