CV Library is seeking an exceptional Night Site Manager to join our Senior Management Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading service delivery to meet key performance indicators in customer service, QHSE, commercial performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the UK side of the operation is ready and competent to deliver fire, medical, and security services, 24 hours a day, in normal state, surge periods, and during emergency scenarios.
- Develop and execute the operational delivery plan to fulfill all internal and external KPIs, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
- Lead and manage the site operations team, supporting and assisting them in their direct report management and ensuring succession planning is in place.
- Build and maintain productive relationships within the SMT.
- Undertake additional project work as required, including support for business development.
- Demonstrable experience working at senior level in, and strong working knowledge of UK fire, medical, and security standards, regulations, and legislation required.
- A strong commercial understanding is considered essential with previous experience running a commercial contract.
- Ability to work within limited supervision; ability to demonstrate strong IT skills, including Excel and reporting.
- Good management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure high levels of data protection and security at all times.
- Basic French speaking would be an advantage, but by no means essential, as lessons will be provided on key phrases relevant to the role.
- Annual Salary: £75,000 per annum.
- Annual Leave Entitlement: 26 days plus 8 public holidays.
- Pension: Monday-Friday.
