AW Construction Services Ltd is a successful multi-disciplined construction company based in Kent, seeking an experienced and committed working site supervisor/manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of commercial construction projects, managing a small to medium directly employed workforce, and sub-contractors, ensuring quality assurance and good health and safety standards are at the heart of all they do.

The position could be on a self-employed or PAYE basis, with or without a van, with the package adjusted accordingly. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project.
  • Liaising with the client, other construction professionals, and members of the public.
  • Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
  • Maintaining quality control procedures.
  • Assessing and minimising risk.

Requirements:

  • Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday.

Location:

  • In person.

Pay:

  • £160.00 per day.
