About the Role: As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting clients with daily living tasks, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care.
  • Meal Preparation: Support clients with meal planning, cooking, and feeding if required.
  • Medication Support: Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans.
  • Companionship: Engage clients in conversation and activities to combat loneliness.

Requirements:

  • A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to support others.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or on a rota basis.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £12.50 - £13.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
