We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Controls Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the provision of a quality business controls service to UNS.

**Job Description**

As a Business Controls Manager, you'll be accountable for leading the provision of a quality business controls service to UNS. This includes leading the production of accurate reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance to staff on business controls procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the provision of a quality business controls service to UNS
* Develop and implement business controls procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Provide guidance to staff on business controls procedures and best practices
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of business controls activities
* Identify and report any control weaknesses or areas for improvement

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting, business)
* At least 5 years of experience in a business controls or related role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Estimated Salary:** £65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
