Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage risk management activities, including issue and audit management, escalation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of compliance risks and general network technology risks, as well as experience in Network Service Assurance and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage critical Network Services processes, procedures, controls, and metrics, providing advice to internal teams on adherence to Enterprise Standards and Policies.
  • Assist with evidence collection, report findings, and validate issue remediation.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of compliance risks and general network technology risks.
  • Experience in Network Service Assurance and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to represent network technology throughout the lifecycle of internal compliance audits.
