Duty Manager Role Overview

As a Duty Manager at Block Recruit, you will be responsible for overseeing contractor management, ensuring contracts are implemented and contractor performance is monitored. You will also support asset management tasks, ensuring planned maintenance and risk tasks are completed efficiently. Additionally, you will champion health and safety, identifying and addressing risks, and ensuring high standards across the development. Your excellent customer service skills will be essential in providing outstanding service to our clients, being responsive, empathetic, and professional in all interactions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for setting budgets effectively and ensuring compliance with all data protection policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contractor Management: Implement and monitor contractor contracts using company systems.
  • Asset Management: Support asset management tasks to ensure efficient completion of planned maintenance and risk tasks.
  • Health & Safety: Identify and address risks, ensuring high standards across the development.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, being responsive, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.
  • Financial & Compliance Responsibilities: Set budgets effectively and ensure compliance with data protection policies and procedures.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an estate manager, building manager, or duty management position.
  • Customer Service Experience: Mandatory.
  • Property Management Experience: Preferred.
  • Relevant Health & Safety training and qualifications.
