Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve account-level sales and penetration objectives.
  • Drive utilization of the Solventum product portfolio and improve surgical site infection knowledge through clinical training and education.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement leads, EBME leads, physicians, and wound care nurses.
  • Support clinical trials and product testing, and participate in customer events as required.
  • Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the medical/life science industry, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in healthcare.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to influence and educate customers.
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to project a positive image of the company.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £68,000 per annum, with opportunities for bonus and car allowance.
  • A fixed-term contract of 12 months, with the potential for extension or permanent employment.
  • A full-time working pattern of 39.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home or on the road.
