Support Staff for SEMH/SEN School

As a Support Staff for SEMH/SEN School, you will play a vital role in supporting students with learning and additional needs. You will work closely with teachers and other educational professionals to implement annual review targets and adapt classroom activities to meet the diverse needs of our students.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with academic tasks, providing one-on-one support, and helping students develop social and communication skills. You will also monitor student progress, offer feedback, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and guardians to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to support students with learning and additional needs. If you have previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in education or special needs support, we would love to hear from you.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £36,000 per annum, plus benefits such as workplace pension through LGPS, occupational sick pay, recognition policies, ongoing training, learning and development opportunities, well-being support, family friendly policies, and on-site parking.
