Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs
* Develop strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
* Utilize effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
* Ensure accurate records and documentation, adhering to data protection guidelines

We're committed to providing a comprehensive package, including a daily rate of £80-100, paid bi-weekly, and flexible scheduling. Enjoy term-time only hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30.
