Jenson Fisher is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team in Perth. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including purchase ledger processing, sales ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase ledger processing, including reconciling supplier statements and managing cash flow.
- Sales ledger management, including issuing statements, resolving invoice queries, and initial credit control steps.
- Collation of time and attendance data for payroll processing.
- Weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Accruals and prepayments calculations, as well as journal entries.
- Daily use of Microsoft Excel and Xero to manage financial data.
