We are looking for a talented Chargeback and Fraud Manager to join our team at TPN Recruitment in London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing transaction data and patterns to detect any anomalies or suspicious activities that may indicate fraudulent behaviors.
The ideal candidate will have experience with chargebacks, transaction monitoring, Authorised Push Payment (APP) fraud, and Faster Payments Service (FPS). You will also have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and be comfortable engaging and presenting to other teams and senior stakeholders across the business to resolve queries/operational issues.
In this role, you will work closely with our risk management and legal teams to develop strategies and procedures to prevent and mitigate financial fraud and chargebacks. You will also be responsible for staying up to date with the latest fraud trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure effective prevention and detection measures are in place.
The salary for this position is up to £45,000 per annum, and we offer one day a week remote working. If you are a motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for preventing financial crime, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
