We're a leading fintech company dedicated to providing innovative credit card solutions. As our Card Fraud and Disputes Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for managing fraud and disputes related to our credit card products.

  1. Investigate customer claims concerning unauthorized transactions, account takeover fraud, and scams.
  2. Resolve consumer dispute claims, investigate Section 75 claims, and process Mastercard chargebacks.

You'll motivate your team to excel and deliver high-quality outcomes, provide expert guidance on complex cases, ensure regulatory compliance, achieve fair customer outcomes, and optimize chargeback recovery rates.

Your role will also involve driving operational enhancements and efficiencies through broad business collaboration and documented process improvements. You'll provide regular updates on team performance, customer resolution speed, operational challenges, key risks, and fraud trends to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team in managing fraud and disputes related to credit card products.
  • Investigate customer claims and resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Motivate team members to deliver high-quality outcomes and provide expert guidance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and achieve fair customer outcomes.
  • Ongoingly monitor team performance and make process improvements.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in leading teams or managing similar responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to drive operational enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Salary Estimate

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
