Project Management Director

We are a leading physical assets management and construction consultancy, dedicated to advising clients on the management and use of their physical assets.

As Associate Director/Director of Project Management, you will play a key role in leading our service provision from our Belfast office, working closely with our directors and teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of financial performance, monitoring and controlling costs to ensure profitability.
- Identify and pursue business expansion opportunities, ensuring they meet financial targets and returns.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of client and business contacts to bring new and repeat business to the company.
- Convert work-winning opportunities into successful and profitable contracts, working closely with our teams.
- Act as senior account director for key client accounts, ensuring service delivery meets client needs.
- Initiate and implement corrective action where performance deviates from plan.
- Direct staff on timely billings, cash collection, and debt recovery to improve cash flow.
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Association of Project Managers, Chartered Institute of Building, or equivalent.
- Proven leadership and people development skills.
- Demonstrable experience in business development in the Belfast area, with a focus on the private sector.
- A strong network of business and client contacts, with the ability to bring new and repeat business to the company.
- Experience in developing and implementing key account management plans.
