The Role - What's Involved?
As Associate Director/Director of Project Management, you'll lead the service provision from our Belfast office, directing financial, operational, client, and people-related objectives in collaboration with other directors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the P&L, monitoring and controlling financial performance
- Identifying and delivering business expansion opportunities that meet financial targets
- Developing a marketing plan with other directors to maximize sector growth
- Bringing new and repeat business to the company through client and business contacts
- Converting work-winning opportunities into successful contracts
- Creating a bid strategy and working with key resources to identify and capture win themes
- Acting as senior account director for key client accounts and contributing to client sharing
- Creating a cross-selling culture and ensuring staff understand our business offering
- Initiating and implementing corrective action where performance deviates from plan
What Skills and Attributes Are We Looking For?
We're seeking a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Association of Project Managers, Chartered Institute of Building, or equivalent, with proven leadership and people development qualities. You'll need to provide a clear vision, create a culture based on transparency, openness, and trust, and have demonstrable experience in business development in the Belfast area.
