We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Sales team at Bauer Media Group.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Tayside and North Fife, and the wider Bauer portfolio. You will embody Bauer Media's values and drive the company's strategy and goals into the commercial business to a high standard within agreed parameters and desired timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Executing Bauer's commercial strategy
  • Growing group revenues across Tayside and North Fife and the wider Bauer portfolio
  • Managing advertising inventory and price
  • Developing key internal and external customer relationships
  • Achieving personal and team revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • High proficiency in technological systems and programs, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Keen interest in conducting research and data-driven insights
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record in achieving personal and team revenue targets
