About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Insights Learning & Development Ltd. As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support to our global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with meeting bookers to ensure rooms are arranged as required.
- Assist in the organization of internal and external meetings and event bookings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reconcile expenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the team with diary management, reception cover, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
