About the Role

:

We are seeking an experienced Reinstatement Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality reinstatement and site clear services across various projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

:
  • Lead and manage direct and sub-contract field-based resources to deliver compliant backfill, reinstatement, and site clear operations.
  • Maximise day-to-day organisation, planning, and control of labour, plant, and resources to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain targets for health and safety, quality, and customer satisfaction through your field teams.
  • Provide operational and technical support to prevent and proactively manage any events or incidents.

About You

:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge of reinstatement and understanding of the construction and water industry. A full, clean driving licence is essential, along with valid qualifications such as a Blue Card, Streetworks ticket covering hot lay of bitumen material, and up-to-date CPC and Clamshell Bucket qualification.
