We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure the smooth flow of documentation and information across our Cockermouth site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage international customer drawings, standards, and specifications
  • Ensure documentation compliance with customer and industry requirements
  • Manage Security, Distribution, and Destruction of restricted documents
  • Implement document control processes and procedures
Deliverables and Requirements:
  • Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders
  • Track and manage document distribution and receipt logs
  • Coordinate review and approval processes for documents
  • Maintain version control of documents
Requirements for Success:
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ethos
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
