Service Desk Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Newcastle city centre. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide professional support to our customers via various channels, including telephone, email, and instant chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to customers via various channels
  • Resolve customer enquiries at the initial point of contact
  • Utilize remote support tools and service monitoring tools to troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in IT, ideally with a background in helpdesk/support
  • Previous customer service roles (inbound/outbound)
  • Previous roles within the IT field
