Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Newcastle city centre. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide professional support to our customers via various channels, including telephone, email, and instant chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line support to customers via various channels
- Resolve customer enquiries at the initial point of contact
- Utilize remote support tools and service monitoring tools to troubleshoot issues
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Clear communication skills
- Knowledgeable in IT, ideally with a background in helpdesk/support
- Previous customer service roles (inbound/outbound)
- Previous roles within the IT field
- A hybrid working model with on-campus training and flexible shifts
- A competitive pay rate of £12.26 + holiday pay
- The opportunity to work with a established higher education IT support specialist
Please note that you must live in the North East to be considered for this role.
