Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support via various channels, including remote support tools and service monitoring tools.
  • Resolve enquiries at initial point of contact, including areas relating to information about services, standard software applications, operating systems, and hardware.
  • Ensure the resolution of more complex enquiries by escalating to second line support teams and informing the Service Desk Supervisors of problems.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service through clear and concise communication, demonstrating proposed solutions and next actions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in IT, ideally with a background in helpdesk/support.
  • Previous customer service roles (inbound/outbound).
  • Previous roles within the IT field.
